In Animal Talk, Penelope Smith presents effective telepathic communication techniques that can dramatically transform people’s relationships with animals on all levels. Her insightful book explains how to solve behavior problems, how to figure out where your animal hurts, how to discover animals’ likes and dislikes, and why they do the things they do. Without resorting to magic tricks or wishful thinking, Animal Talk teaches you how to open the door to your animal friends’ hearts and minds.

From Asia

For everyone interested in learning to talk to your animals this book is the bible! Easy and delightful to read, clear and concise directions on how to start hearing your animal companions desire and needs. I owe my professional start in animal communication to the work and guidance of Penelope Smith.

My Favorite Review from Amazon

I simply LOVED this book. I’m an adult who was labeled “strong imaginative mind” as a child, but what we labeled so freely imagination is often intuition, telepathy… our angel guides talking to us and our animal friends. I was raised with yoga and meditation, so I’m not from a very dogmatic and religious background. Nonetheless, my background is in science, so it was hard for me to let the “analytic mind” float away and open my soul further. I’m still working on my ability to “hear” my friends and it does work. We just need to stop doubting ourselves and label what we hear the fruit of our imagination. I guess it’s a little bit arrogant to attribute to my own imagination everything I hear; I mean really my dogs are pretty witty!!! Cheers to life and to Penelope Smith.

Book Description

In this comprehensive follow-up to the widely popular Animal Talk, a respected leader and pioneer in the field of interspecies communication, Penelope Smith, outlines advanced techniques for conversing with animals. She explains that since animals think and perceive differently from humans, readers need to have a true willingness to share, listen, and learn to successfully communicate with them. Although most humans assume that an animal functions on pure instinct, unaware of its own past or future, that’s just not the case. Many subtle secrets about the world can be gleaned from animals once readers know how to see the world through their eyes. Cats, dogs, and other domesticated animals may be more receptive to communicating with humans, but they’re certainly not the only ones with fascinating information to share—Smith shows how humans are also able to speak with roosters, rabbits, insects, llamas, snakes, and many others in the animal kingdom. In addition to chapters devoted to developing and enhancing mind-to-mind communication with animals, When Animals Speak includes an illuminating look at animals as healers, teachers, and guides and even delves into more abstract, advanced forms of interspecies communication, such as contacting spirits of nature. In this accessible book, Smith is sure to delight and instruct animal lovers interested in forging a new bond with animal beings and the natural world.

From Asia

I remember clearly reading this book as I sat in my old farmhouse I had just bought in 1999. I had never heard of these amazing ways animals could communicate and relate so intimately with their humans and helping them to heal! Wow, was all I could think as I sat reading with tears streaming down my cheeks. (Now I just finished writing my own chapter on this subject of animals helping us heal in my new compilation book, Extaordinary You.

My Favorite Review from Amazon

When Animals Speak is Penelope Smith’s strategy for discussing what happens, when humans listen.

Penelope stays matter of factly in some instances and in other instances goes intuitvely empathic, while describing the full range of agenda and temperament required for humans to truly hear what animals are saying.

She explains many aspects of animals’ infinite capacity for unconditional love, including how animals take on our insecurities and health issues to compensate for the human’s refusal to self-heal and evolve.

Penelope also addresses animals’ eternal connection to nature, and she compels that human companions honor this instinctive call to serve the planet in fulfilling their own ‘higher-purpose.’

Intuitive counselor Colette Baron-Reid is renowned for helping people create the purposeful and authentic lives they desire. Enter a profound journey as you travel through and explore your inner landscapes. Meet imaginary beings that hold the keys to the wisdom hidden in your subconscious.

I attended one of Colette’s workshops in Chicago, where she led us on a meditation from, The Map. Startled, at the sight of one of my inner landscapes, I found it burned, charred and smoldering. When I asked for a message about this my guides said, “You’re still seeing yourself as lacking and wounded. Time to heal and share.” Order your own copy now and find out what’s happening inside your inner Map.

My Favorite Review from Amazon

This is a great introduction to the kind of work that CBR (Colette Baron-Reid) does at her intensive workshops. The realization that despite how we may feel, we are never lost. We may not like where we are, but we know where we are and knowing where you are is the first step of going somewhere else. You have a clear objective to reach your destination. The orientation of the yourself on The Map is so simple — it’s brilliant. For me, it was a very useful tool. I don’t want to say too much, because part of fun is not only unfolding The Map, but it’s the people you meet along your adventure. If you like CBR’s radio show on HayHouse, like her other books, or if you are simply ready to undertake the Adventure of You, I recommend this book. Caveat: Do the exercises!
